Welcome to Columbia CARES. We are honored to recognize our 25th Anniversary this year, 2017. We celebrate the many lives that have touched our hearts and those we are yet to serve. So many changes have taken place in the world of HIV/AIDS since 1992, but in some ways many things haven't. There are HIV+ people still afraid to tell their family and friends because of the stigma. There are people afraid they will lose their job and their health insurance because of their HIV status. Our goal is for Columbia CARES to be a safe place to find resolution to the fears of HIV disease and to discover new celebrations of life.
